Can I get a quick summed up version of the current issue?
So far, as I understand, only up to Mastery12 can be done in solo (all attachments)
Regarding the OP and not getting the attachments even with the kills and mastery level already achieved, contacting support should help to get them unlocked
I had my bugged guns properly unlocked just by getting 1 mastery level more on a live server (from the official modes in Portal)
About anything else regarding full progression, current communication is just the last shared image about Portal, and that's the official word about it so far
Am I missing something?

When progression was capped, we were told that this would be a 'temporary' measure but from that point onwards, we haven't had any words on AI granting full progression in AOW or Portal throughout those 10 months despite this thread remaining active and alive and those of us raising our voices. The big problem is a lot of us had pre-ordered this game believing we could get everything through fighting against AI only even with human or AI teammates. We are now less than a month away from this season finishing and a large majority of us who bought the game are sitting on a battle pass that could not remotely be finished. We can't do challenges, weeklies, nothing. This could have been avoided if EA/DICE were more communicative and actually made an effort to win our trust back. So if anything I've wasted a portion of money on something I never will be able to gain because I was locked out of what I was paid for.
