I've been looking forward to playing with Bots since BC2.
The portal AI couldn't unlock the weapon, no one in my area was playing the 1942, BC2, BF3 portal at all, which made unlocking the weapon an impossible task.
Will portal AI join players' squads like Total War COOp?
Why can't Total War Coop unlock Master level,
Maybe the AI in portal mode needs to be limited, but in Total War COOP, I'm not spawning experience and I can only unlock to Master Level 12 while playing normally??
You can unlock the 2 vaulted weapons on Solo Coop, the only thing is that the guns have lots of recoil.

I paid for Premium when i bought this game but the grind without being allowed do missions in solo/coop is waaaay over the top for the average person.

Yes, you can unlock the M16A3 and the M60 in Solo/Co-op, but you can't unlock some other weapons, in Portal, because one of the requirements is earning ribbons, which is not allowed in Solo play.

It's crazy how we came from times that had games like BF2, where you could play freely, whether you wanted to chill out and enjoy the game casually with bots, or play competitively against people in PVP servers. Back then, you could tell that companies like EA and Activision knew that games were just "games". Now, the market is so saturated, and games in general force competitive play like crazy, and those same companies make you conform to how they want. AAA gaming is basically like a second job imo, consuming most of your time.
You don't even get what you pay for anymore either. These devs push out incomplete games at launch, then make it into a playable, day 1 state later on into its life cycle. It's crazy how many posts and comments I see now that say: "the game is finally turning around!" and "DICE is getting better!" Look, you're obviously allowed to like, or have fun with the game, but really? Now you're going to start giving them credit after they drop two mediocre seasons (with lazily put together content) and after they treated the playerbase with the whole "Brutal Expectations" debacle due to players wanting LEGACY FEATURES that should've been in the game since day 1? Talk about Stockholm Syndrome...
It's all pathetic, honestly...
