Proper Balance is Needed.
When it comes to the balance between vehicle and infantry, we need to buff weaker one to provide them more ways to counter opponents, not to debuff the stronger one to decline the gameplay of this interesting confrontation.
There is a fact we need to know, it's a unbalanced confrontation between vehicle and infantry. To beat a tank, you need to bring another tank or a attack helicopter to solve this problem, or multiple rocket launcher. It is WRONG to debuff vehicles enough to make it equal to infantry.
Look at the machine guns of the vehicles, they are so ponderous and lack of accuracy, weaker than weapons of infantry at most of time. The 20mm gun cannot kill an infantry untill 3 direct hit to their human body, that's rediculous.
Balance between specialists is not that good, either. Some of them are seldom picked. Engineer class is not picked often because their skills are not so good.
And where is the TV missile of gunship? Why do you nerf C5? The risk of C5 is high enough to destroy an vehicle. Or do you want players to shoot each other with toy guns?
MAV and transport helicopter need a respawn function, too. They are functional vehicles other than battle vehicles.
We need more vehicles to counter hostile vehicle but not to weaken all the ability for vehicles and infantry to achieve so-called balance.
