So my general assumption is, that the only way that people may be able to hear my ingame voice is, that everyone in a squad has
1. voip enabled
2. is not in a party
3. is in a party, but switch to squad chat manually
So my assumption is, VOIP just isn't working, so I no longer bother.
If we want to speak to our party members, we use our Discord server.
I'd like to see it added and what's the harm if you can mute individual and mute all buttons? It would add another level of realism, especially in games with a lot of heavy explosions.

Yeah, have proximity where you hear everyone (including enemies) with options for individual, squad, or team mute. Talking with enemies is half the fun.
And have an option to be in squad voice chat at the same time.
So it could work the same way some singleplayer games do comms where, when you're near the squad, they hear your raw audio, then when you move far enough away from them to where they cant hear the proximity chat, it switches to normal in-your-ear squad chat with maybe a slight radio filter or something over it to show you're not near them (while also still broadcasting proximity voice to everyone around you).
