Question about Gold/Ultimate edition code redemption

I have an Origin code for the Gold edition of the game. However, when I go to redeem the code the product on the confirmation screen simply says "Battlefield™ 2042". No gold edition afterwards or any...

I can't say for the gold edition.

But my ultimate edition just shows as "Battlefield™ 2042" in the EA app. There is only a mention that I have ultimate in the fine print.

@SharpGoblin This is helpful, so maybe it will redeem as Gold. I put in for a refund on the key though so I guess I've got nothing to lose trying it out if I can't refund it.
