@CordlezToaster "I really wish you could change this after you have selected a vehicle to deploy in at the beginning of a match."
I wholeheartedly agree. You set a jungle skin and next thing you know, you're in an ice map and can't change the skin. It's kinda stupid if you ask me.
- @CordlezToaster That's actually a really good question! My personal answer is yes it actually does!
In maps like breakthrough I have noticed that enemies using snow camo are absolutely harder to see. I try to actively use different camo in different maps. And while the black camo's at the very bottom look cool. They stick out like a sore thumb on some maps. This also depends on what weapons you are running. Auto locking makes it a little easier to find targets and less need to spot with the naked eye. However if your running Radar Missiles and someone is using camo it can be very hard to see them at distance. - @Huffen_74 Im pretty sure you can actually? Atleast on PS we're able to change the skin whenever we want, We can use the vehicle dropdown menu and customise or we can go into the pause menu > collection and go to the vehicle section and pick the vehicle you want and equip the other skin you want

Honestly, everything is harder to see at distance regardless of color.
The only kind of thing that would really stand out would be some skin that is bright red or something.
For a pilot looking downwards, other aircraft can be hard to see as well, especially nightbirds.
But if one keeps a lower altitude, they can more easily find the silouettes of other aircraft.
But pretty much everything fades to grey over distance on this game engine.
Almost dont matter in this case, since DICE put Headlight on vehicles for some wooke reason, and theres no way to shut thoose lights off.

Hey @CordlezToaster,
Good post!
So yeah, when you have selected a vehicle at the beginning of a match you're indeed locked to that vehicle. However, when you are still in the countdown screen (while you're vehicle-locked I would say), you can press the Esc button on PC (not sure about the console equivalent, I assume Start?) and you will be able to see your Collections again.
On that screen, you should be able to see the currently equipped skin of the vehicle that you have selected. Maybe you're even still able to change it before the round begins, I am not 100% sure.
What I am sure about though is that you're indeed able to change the selected skin of anything mid-match while you're in the overview screen (aka spawn screen, you have just died and can change your loadout etc.). - @EA_Leeuw Maybe it would be best not to have a countdown screen? That just seems like it's best suited for a battle royale game and is causing lots of problems for people. We should be able to choose whether we want to join straight away or not without a countdown breathing down our necks. Give people that choice at the beginning of the round so they're able to take their time with choosing their loadouts, customisations and spawn points.

Hey @Arfan76,
I understand your feedback, although this is about something different than what this thread is about.
About your post; the match has to start at some point, right? That is the reason for the countdown timer at the beginning of a round. 🙂
