@CordlezToaster That's actually a really good question! My personal answer is yes it actually does!
In maps like breakthrough I have noticed that enemies using snow camo are absolutely harder to see. I try to actively use different camo in different maps. And while the black camo's at the very bottom look cool. They stick out like a sore thumb on some maps. This also depends on what weapons you are running. Auto locking makes it a little easier to find targets and less need to spot with the naked eye. However if your running Radar Missiles and someone is using camo it can be very hard to see them at distance.
