@Ironhead841last post in previous thread was just some non answer about why we may not hear anything. i think a point by point explanation would be more appropriate. they don't realize the damage they are doing to the brand by ignoring legitimate concerns

Ok fine, is anyone aware or working on fixing any of the stuff outlined above?
I mean some of this stuff is absolutely game-breaking.
I understand EA/DICE are unable to reply to every thread, but the issues outlined above are game stopping. Can we please have an answer.

I could be more forgiving about some stuff, if the base game mechanics were properly working.
The server lag, hit registration, sync issues, mouse input, animations etc... I would definitely like an update on those but seems they go silent on these.
There's improvement gameplay wise at times but once the shiny new polish wears off, you can see just how imbalanced things are. You get a new AR which is eeeeh and a new LMG which is instantly one of the best weapons to use and you have weapons since launch that should function similar just collecting dust.
Even on all the rest, it's been quiet... Same as Anthem. They are going to stop support for this game after the promised seasons. Honestly, I don't mind it because it's my fault I trusted this company even when there were plenty of reasons why I should not (Anthem again). Definitely not buying the next Battlefield unless I see some serious reparations for this purchase and the game is actually what they promised plus polished.
@EA_Leeuw Thanks for responding. Not trying to be "that guy" here, as I appreciate how demanding a job like this is and personally want to thank all of you for being here. I work in customer service as well so understand having to respond to lots of request, even the agressive ones. The issue I think with the last post being shutdown is that it literally is about a lack of response from the DEV/CM team about issues and the FIRST response by someone from EA is to lock the thread. We get it...sometimes you don't have anything to report about a topic, but just TELL US THAT!!! Tell us you have nothing to report or simply "we passed it along and waiting for a solution". Anything... That ends it. The original post was wide ranging so left a LOT open to discuss. I agree it somewhat wandered, but it wasn't too far off topic for the only response to be, this is off topic, so we're closing it.
We're just asking for basic involvement. We don't want you to have a solution to EVERY issue. Just simply, "this was passed along" or "we're still waiting" or "nothing to report". It doesn't take all that long and will go a long way...I saw a few this morning from Atic stating "working as intended" and that's what we're looking for. We may not like that answer, but it's a response...
EDIT: A wise man once told me that "I don't know, but working on it" is a fine answer because it let's others know you are engaged...
