Rail gun changes
Could you make the gun easier to use? Could you make it so that you could charge up in advance? Like you'd click and hold and it'll charge up and then let go and it'll stay charge for one shot/held ...
The gun definitely would be better w/ the changes no doubt but not OP. The charge would not last for a long time, around 10 sec., then the charge turns back off, and you can't do it again for a while (maybe about 40-60 sec.). And I feel the shots for burst fire and full auto should be weaker w/ no or little charge so the ttk is the same as it is now for those modes. If that stays the way as is now though, then maybe, after you shoot you can shoot again immediately within say 3 sec. and then goes back to regular use again. I feel like this is the only way to at least make burst fire viable and a bit better for full auto. And the x6 scope feel like makes it too good as a sniper so probably get rid of it.

how much have you actually used the gun (and how many kills do you have with it to purport to know what changes need to be made)?
and the 6x scope isn't that great. it has really thick crosshairs so long range hits aren' so easy to make that it requires removal.

The 6X scope is basically trash. Cross hairs too thick to make a head shot. The only decent scope is the 2x because it shows the charge up. The rail gun has a rather steep learning curve and it isn't that easy to use as a sniper. It's hard to stay alive because you are vulnerable while you are waiting for it to charge up.
If they hold the charge, then it will be 100% an immb gun. I am categorically against this scenario, the railgun rifle shoots at a speed of 1 shot per second. Then taking sniper rifles makes no sense at all.
If a tank railgun is given an energy delay, then all aviation will smoke on the sidelines.
