Yep, probably on Nov. 22nd.
- @Ironhead841 Hahaha 😆
I'm fine with tanks as is as long as they give me some caltrop functionality like the last game so I can handle all these enemy players making it rain with c5
- @mrtwotimes Heavy tanks in 2042 are crying out for an additional perk that Vs Tiger tank got with the grenade close defence attack.
They could give it a long cooldown to balance it but it would encourage us experienced tank mains to push more objectives if we knew we had that defence available to eliminate the C5 rusher. - ElliotLH3 years agoHero+
Since the tweet only mentions detection, I wonder if there is actually any protection?
Ok here's more info on the tank.

@Tank2042Man, thanks for sharing this info with the rest of the community.
I am curious to hear your feedback about the tank when it becomes available to play with, Mr Tank Man. 😉 - Trokey663 years agoSeasoned Ace@Tank2042Man Sounds very much like BF4's Proximity Scan that is constantly 'on' unlike the current Spotter's seat version that only lasts so long and has a cool down.
On a side note, why can't the spotting seat also have a SOFLAM/CITV function? that tank looks like a wet dream for someone who likes to camp in their own spawn and fire at objectives (particularly in breakthrough)
good thing is we won't have to worry about armor actually being on objectives anymore
