Rao hack doesn't work and doesn't give credit nor XP

@LlamaWithKatanaLooked like it popped flares after a hack indeed, which I thought it should not be able to do. I’ve hacked and still been shot a few times, I’m not convinced it’s consistent at all. The only thing I can think of it’s server side lag. He’s hacked on your screen, he’s not quite hacked on his. It’s related to the TTK / TTD issues in other posts, what I think is being called desync. (If somebody said this already, I didn’t read the whole thread lol so just realize I agree with you)

@ATFGunr It has to be more than a second off.

@LlamaWithKatana Is it possible it’s more than a second off? Some of the things I’ve seen in game could be explained that way…
