With all the worries around paik (wall hack specialist), I think Rao will be able to hack PAIK gear and shut it down or something to that affect.

@Babyraincloud I'm really interested to see how the Rao and EMP based gear/grenades interact and counter electronic based equipment/vehicles. It has the potential to create some unique balancing opportunities
