Razor Turret support for the disabled?

I recently purchased Razor Turret. The only officially supported Mouse and Keyboard for the Xbox Series-X.  Upon loading my current favorite game "Battlefield 2042" I was saddened to learn that my "XBOX officially licensed" (and totally awesome) new controls were not supported. A wave of despair and melancholy swept over me. The most natural and comfortable way to play games for me (because of prior injury) is unavailable.  Using Mouse and Keyboard for me is a must. Due to the fact that my injuries prevent me from accurately ,and comfortably using a controller. I do own a PC, and enjoy the fact that there is a version of Battlefield 2042 available that does use mouse and keyboard. I also own an Xbox Series-X and have purchased a copy for this console as well. Using a Controller Mod for the Xbox is against the Microsoft EULA and can get my account banned forever. I believe there is also a rule In the EA Battlefield 2042 EULA  against using external controller mods that allow keyboard and mouse to be adapted to be used as well. The penalty for disobeying these rules is summary banning, and worse.  So to be clear I know about these mods and how they can fix my issue. I am just not willing to risk my Microsoft XBOX or EA accounts for using "unlicensed" controllers.   I hate to call myself "disabled" I can perform most tasks with no issues after I healed from my injuries. Unfortunately playing with a controller is not one of them. I started this topic not to complain about my own issues. Instead this topic is for all those like me whos' physical limitations keep them from playing with a controller. Microsoft XBOX and EA have made huge strides in developing options for disabilities. Including the licensing of the RAZOR Turret Keyboard and Mouse for use with the Microsoft XBOX Series-X.  I understand the logic behind limiting the usage of a much better control scheme (mouse and keyboard) to be used against players who use controllers to try and keep a balance of skill. With the inclusion of "Cross-Play" that mixes the players on both PC and Consoles. This limitation and lack of support for the Razor Turret seem to be a mute point. As most if not all PC players use mouse and keyboard. Now that players are able to turn off crossplay  for a "console only" experience. I can understand how being able to use a mouse and keyboard can be seen as an unfair advantage over controller players.  I argue that a limitation of the use of the RAZOR Turret can be set in some way to prevent playing on "console only" game sessions. In the same way, folks like myself that use the RAZOR Turret for reason of disability can happily play in the "crossplay" sessions. I hope this post reaches those that share in my purpose to help those with disability to enjoy the amazing content and fun of EA Battlefield 2042 on XBOX Series-X.

    @st0n3d3lta

    I'm really sorry you thought I was trolling you. I really was trying to help. It's been over a year now with EA/DICE stating it currently not working on mouse and keyboard support.

    Sorry I linked the wrong thread I forgot about this one.

    I wish you good luck whatever you do.

  • @sk1lld I appreciate the apology. The reason I am making this post is to try and gain attention of some one at EA or Dice (or both) to this issue.
    I appreciate your informative input.
    Cheers!
