All my progress is wiped to zero, every category
All my tiered up categories are gone, reset back to zero. EA better get my * back. 2 years of dealing with their crap game and now this.

for me I decided to walk away from clans, was in a couple over the years a massive clan with 3k members in the early 2000 and then a smaller 50+ with BF2 and 3.
Eventually I was invited into another clan with BF4 fairly orginised and a great reputation, great bunch of people ran their own servers for BF4 and had a heap of fun with them but BF1 pretty much killed the ingame side of that clan.
Eventually I left when I noticed I was the only one reping the clan in BF1 games and getting a tonne of * running the tags.
Most of the fun people had gone dormant by then anyhow so it was just natural progression, now I dont see myself joining a clan ever again.

i tried the clan thing once. i lasted about 30 min because i don't need someone half my age yelling at me like i'm back in boot camp. i left the game and ignored them after that
