Re: Battlefield Core Feedback - Maps - Feedback Thread

Why not limit Breakthrough to 64 players only or 80 players. Conquest can be kept at 128 player.

128 player on Breakthrough is too much, the map size is fine, objectives can be repositioned in a more linear layout and with the new proposed layouts it may work with 64 player or 80 players.

Why don't you try it with less players than 128 and more players than 64. You could easily set this up for us to try in All out Warfare.

Also some more areas of close combat Metro type area on the maps.

@SithMetal71 Yea try like 44 vs 44. 64p is too little and 128 is too much. An in between would be the perfect solution imo
  • @emp_muneeb Big yes. I'd love to see them experiment a bit more with match sizes. I've suggested 100 players (works out to 10 squads of 5 per team) which would still be closer to the initial 128 target, while reducing some of the chaos and freeing up some hardware budget for more complex map geometry etc.
  • A lot of good suggestions here, but my biggest gripes with the maps is that there are too many vehicles active at any one time. Infantry is just cannon fodder to these vehicles. They need to be toned down which will also help when traversing the map.

96 players would be better than 128 so have 12 teams on each

    side

  • @SithMetal71 Breakthough is meant to be a crazy rush style mode. Sacrificing the opportunity to play this game with a full lobby is not a solution.
