@D1aB0Lk If you want it blocked permanently, can't you just deselect it under the weapons tab in the restrictions section in Portal?
Otherwise it's like PatchoulITC said, simply change it if they select it.
If you have more than one weapon it would probably be best to just make an array, and then cycle through it to check if the weapon is within it. otherwise you'll end up a messy and long bit of "code".
