- I play at 190 FPS, I have 240hz. Stop wanting to take it that way, it's getting childish of you. I kill almost 3 per minute. I'm not a clown or a plant in the game
- darkberry91ttv3 years agoRising Novice@TwiitchTV_NEIVFF that's your problem 1080p makes it harder to see people, most console players are playing in 4k so they more than likely have an easier time seeing you
- @Superjoexd honestly I'm not going to waste my time talking about something you don't want to see or admit. Thanks!
- darkberry91ttv3 years agoRising Novice@TwiitchTV_NEIVFF Hey I am just trying to help you, I'll share it to the discord I am in and see what they think about it.

Your complaint should be with the performance of this game and not aim assist. As a player who's played with and without aim assist, it's not that much different. It's there just enough to make it more competitive with pc but thats it. The time to kill for most weapons is 1-4 bullets and the rpm with most guns is extremely fast so you probably think they are only shooting 3-5 bullets but they are actually shooting a lot more.
If aim assist is so perfect for console players. Then how come all the players that I am shooting at from medium to close range has to do is run left and right to throw my aim off? The assist is often too slow to keep up with the player speed, and it does not give the player enough time or control to correct it in most situations.
Also console players are always at a disadvantage when engaging targets in groups as the aim assist is usually confused at which enemy to help target. Making the player using aim assist miss them all. So play with your squad and stay close to them and you won't have to worry about console players getting the upper hand.
Sure the assist in BF2042 is better than it was at launch, but it is not even close to being an aimbot.
- @Skill4Reel I do not agree with you. I always play with my clan, most of our players have a KD above 4, we have players in the top 15 worldwide. I do some lives, it's no big deal, but you can see how easily they kill me. I've played scrim, with only computer players, good players, they don't kill me as easily as console players. My friends also complain about the same problem. Just like some here on the forum.

@TwiitchTV_NEIVFFAhhh the TTV guys, what a bunch of hacks. I watch you guys rack up stupid KD ratios all the time in every game. Interesting how I cant even take 3 steps from spawn most of the time and I take fire from 3 directions. What your clan does is not statistically possible without an advantage. AOD is the second worst group, and then a handful of single players I see doing this all the time. No matter what map or team, they just run around in open space and never get killed. I sometimes get lucky with a decent team and have gotten 4-1 ratios, but most of the time is barely 1-1.
- @Ahhnuld I don't use anything illegal. Can I taste. I'm at the max rank in almost every game I play or have played. My aimlab where the pros train, I'm 19 points behind TenZ, who is the best Valorant player in the world. I have experience in other games. Anyway, don't tell me I wear something weird. I am totally against hacking, against macro, against any kind of aid to kill, including aim assist.
- I so wanted DICE to solve these ridiculous, easy-to-fix problems. But it seems like they just want to make money.
- Ahhnuld3 years agoSeasoned Ace@TwiitchTV_NEIVFF I dont recognize you but I know Flexlanes and have seen him constantly racking up ridiculous scores without dying. I dont care how good you might be, the fact is that while you might get lucky and find a spot or position in the map that allows you to get a bunch of kills, the environment and changes in the flow of battle do not allow a person to consistently do that in every single game. Half the time I spawn right in from some sort of vehicle and I am instantly killed, either by a tank barrel or run over by a LAV4, heli strafing me, you name it.
- @Ahhnuld are you accusing me of being a cheater for killing too much?
- Ahhnuld3 years agoSeasoned Ace@TwiitchTV_NEIVFF I dont recognize you, but I will watch for you when I play. I have not been able to identify exactly how the advantage is being gained, but I do know that several specific players overperform in every single game and map, all the time. there is never a variance. I have actually seen 2 players not affiliated with any clan tag being invisible except for the tag above thier head.
- I agree with you, Xbox is too strong, aim assist is ridiculously strong, I'm getting massacred by them, about 5 shots

@TwiitchTV_NEIVFFI looked at your stats. Interesting to say the least. You use 2-3 vehicles and only one specialist and rifle the large majority of the time, so I get how you developed proficiency with those. What I cant wrap my head around is the high kill rate. Even if I try to go directly into where the bulk of fighting occurs, as soon as I fire and hit someone, I get killed form the side or behind. There is often no chance to kill and move back to cover. On occasions I will take out 3-4 in a row, but I always get killed shortly after. Most games I only stay in for 2-5 minutes if I am spawning and getting killed immediately without even being able to fire a shot. It takes me about 10 games before I find one where my team doesnt suck so bad and the flow of battle allows me to move without the enemy just hanging around in obscure areas just waiting for someone to walk by, instead of attacking and defending the objectives.
- @Ahhnuld I use falck because he has his syringe, so I equip him with a syringe and smoke grenade. With the smoke I can advance unnoticed, sometimes flanking. I use Sfar mainly for its high firepower, or sometimes PP, it has a lot of bullets so it allows me to kill 10 players inside a flag. I even wanted to leave one more comment, for me 50% of the attacking team should use smoke grenades, as this allows us to advance easily, many try to enter the objective without smoke, so they are easily knocked down.

@TwiitchTV_NEIVFFi asked discord friends and they say krag pub stacks so no wonder you starts are high but since krag stopped playing you have been having to solo queue so now you are complaining about aim assist instead of it just being you not getting high kills when teams aren't stacked in your favor.
- @Superjoexd we play every day, not all, but some, between 4 players. I'm not having difficulty, for me it's being normal, it's just boring to die by the console, the way I'm dying. I'm being evaporated by them very fast, in combat. Seems to kill insta, instantly I die as soon as I come face to face

@TwiitchTV_NEIVFF Again this is a ttk and game performance issue, not console players. Console players experience the same issues you do. The same stuff you've explained. I've had this happen from a pc player and console players alike. Don't understand why you refuse to accept that.

what most of you are describing is lag comp/hit detection/ttk issues not AA.

I’m just glad people are bringing up the fact that something is definitely off because of cross play.
As a PC player, it really does feel like console players are getting some sort of priority. I can plug in a controller, turn the sensitivity to max, and I still can’t replicate how people flip 180 on console. It’s like they’re given more time to react, while being on PC I’m several ticks behind them.
Aim assist is not the whole issue, but it’s definitely part of it. When the game officially released, my console buddies couldn’t miss with the Marksman rifles.I think the “snap to target” is a huge part of the problem. That’s the hardest part about aiming, I mean that’s what aiming is? If I have a bad position, over extend, I am slow to react, and a console player mows me down. I deserve that. If I’m peeking over the side of a building looking down, the console player eats 4-5 shots, then snaps onto me… then there’s something way off about that.
Like others have said. I’m not a potato. I have nearly a 5 KDR and a complete try hard. I’ve been playing shooters my whole life, and been playing BF since BFBC2.

That’s a big part of it, but you can tell they’re landing some very tricky shots. If I get the jump on you from your side or behind you, even with lag, you shouldn’t be landing any shots on me. I’ve barely won so many 1v1 flights that I clearly had the advantage. Not only did I have better positioning, but I fired first, and landed all my shots. I guess what I’m trying to say is that console players seem to get onto target incredibly fast and accurately.

Is everyone on PC just ignoring the fact that console players experience all these issues too. It's a ttk and performance issues. Why do pc players refuse to accept that it's not aim assist 🤣

Probably becuse these issues got exponentially worse AFTER the patch where they 'fixed" aim-assist.
