Mines should definitely stay. Almost pointless if they don't. Have a set amount you can have active at any time and replace the oldest when you put another one down.
C5 definitely not. You shouldn't be able to suicide getting some on a tank only to detonate in your next spawn.
I think the mines from the Bolte do stay as I laid some out one game and then died the next few minutes and re spawned as infantry and the next thing I know I get a bunch of kills from the mines.
