You also get heals when people run over your darts on the ground.
I must admit that it never even occurred to me that I could shoot myself in the foot or shoot an object and walk over it, which is odd given that I knew the above.

Is the converse true? What if you shot it into the ground and an enemy player passed over it? Would it poison them? In that way it could be used as a sort of an anti-personnel mine (APM).
Nope but an enemy's dart shot in the ground will heal you if you run over it, weird huh?

Yeah, I can't explain it but I know it works.
