AHQ is currently available in the following languages
If you do not speak one of those languages then you could check out the help.ea.com site which is available in a variety of languages and provides help across all EA titles and any issues you may run into: https://help.ea.com/
You can go to classes or collection, chose the weapon or specialist you baught a skin for and then right click on it to get to the customization screen and there you will see all the skins that you have available.
The right click is if you are using PC and mouse. For consoles I don't know but the appropriate controller input should be indicated on the lower left part of the screen.
