@UP_Hawxxeye I can confirm you can enter those! I was confused at first as I thought they were similar to the one on Reclaimed on the roof of C2. But the ones on Haven show always your team color as if they are occupied, rather than the white status of the one on Reclaimed.
However if you walk up to it you can enter it.
Regardless of this, it is still not worth it.
