@A-RAF2019 First, I assume you do not use "Quick Throw" for your grenades, right?
And second, no the game should not switch back to the main weapon, after you threw a grenade, it should switch back to the weapon, gadget, etc you used before you threw the grenade.

    @kregora yes, and for me it does not. I have my pistol out because my primary weapon is out of ammo, I throw a grenade, and it goes back to the primary weapon that is out of ammo. Then I have to switch back to the pistol.

    If there is a setting for switching back to last weapon, let me know, because that is how it should be.

    I don't necessarily think it should switch automatically if you have 2 grenades and only use one. The game does not know if you want to use 2 in a row.

    Yeah, change to whatever thing. As long as I can attack.

    Anyway, we should have an option if players disagree. From people that I talked to, everyone wanted the default to return to a gun. For underbarrels people were divided.

    Assuming many may want to throw two grenades, we could at least have the option to define the default.

    It's been so long I totally forgot we have an auto grenade option (controls are horrid on console), they fixed your soldier always throwing both of em right?

    I've also had problems with weapon switching to the point I just "burst fire" everything while aiming for the torso. Maining Angel allows me to keep my weapons stocked up on ammo which is good since I'm one of those "I only have 99% of my clip left, better reload" types of players.

    If you're really in a pickle, I think 2042 still does the long press = primary thing from older titles
