Yep I agree but it’s not gonna happen so I can only comment on what we have now.
All they have done is made boris a complete non entity now because the sentry is all he had and it’s been nerfed into oblivion and this barely makes him better than a bog standard soldier whilst sundance is some sort of superhero.

Thanks for taking the time to reply. I think most of us fully understand that T1 and such requirements are supposed to take a bit to unlock for any specialist. It can just be far more difficult with some than others, and when the only method for someone to gain mastery with a specialist is made even more complicated/slower, it can be frustrating!

The sentry has been broken from day one because for many of us, it almost always exploded immediately after placing it down. This made getting damage with it nearly impossible. That is great news.
It would help a lot if the T1 requirements of other assets that are way harder to be reached than on Launch could also be reviewed.
Like for example the Bolte which has both weaker weapons and fewer chances to be available or even desirable to use over tanks now. I am sure that the statistics will show that almost nobody uses it now.

Do not worry. With S1 there will be most likely XP booster packs available and with just another 50 USD/EUR/whatever you can speed up the process and get the T1 thingy much faster.
And I bet they will even communicate the introduction of XP boosters as something GOOD and something the 'community' asked for.
@Straatford87You nerfed the turret to much. You should have just made it less lethal. Instead you made it less lethal, decreased its health, and took away it's highlighting of the enemy. All of these people are complaining that killed them to much. I'm fine with making it less lethal. I never used it for the kills, I used it as an alarm system and a way to slow down the enemy when they were attacking a point.
Reminds me of people that Cried about ap mines in battlefield v.
How can these things be overpowered when it takes YOU to actually set it off lol.
Maybe people should take a little more care and actually look at their surroundings rather than just looking as far as the end of their nose!
I stopped using Boris since the last update, only one tier to go to unlock T1 but i feel it's taking too long now. I'll revisit him if it's not too grindy to unlock the final tier for him in the future.

no ty. was getting tired of trying to take objectives and having to deal with 4 or 5 turrets. he was broken and he is almost fixed now
@PsubondIt’s called working with a team…odd concept now lost within the battlefield community.
So you think it should be easy to solo 4 or 5 turrets 😂😂😂 why bother having them in the game then?
A ten year old killzone 2 that was littered with flying turrets and stationary ones took teamwork to deal with and nobody cried about it!

i didn't say i was rolling up on an objective solo. kinda sucks when you have 3 or 4 people going to an objective and they have a bunch of turrets that HIGHLIGHT everyone when they are hunting the borris campers and trying to take the objective. the nerf bat needed to happen on that turret. it was a wall hack crutch that people used so they could hide in a corner and have the turret paint their target red for them instead of having to look for the enemy.
