Suddenly i can't seem to kill anyone

As of this afternoon it appears i am unable to kill anyone. Every bullet hits, but can't get a kill. This wasn't the case this morning or the days before. And offcourse, they turn and kill me with ...

Same issue here by this time season one i was well into the level 50's/60's but season 2 i have not even unlocked the new lmg.

How is everyone's ping here? perhaps the person with the best internet is haunted by this the most?
