Is it not a selectable vehicle from the spawn or is it just found throughout the maps?

@RayD_O1 I was hoping it was selectable from the spawn. But oh well.
I think they are adding these in based on a bunch of posts early on about having more "get around the map" ability. Like the tuk tuk on Kol and 4x4 on Discarded.
