Why use a LMG?

I am curious to know people's opinion about the LMGs.  I don't know why someone would use one over the other weapons.  The only benefit is that you have a lot of bullets in a clip.  Otherwise than th...

@Calamity645 I love using LMGs in Battlefield. I felt the LMGs were nerfed too much from BF1 forward though. BF4 probably had the best MGs

      I like the LMGs and I'm an AR guy. They are * to use. I just spray and hope I get the kill
