I feel your pain these large type games need at least a year to be fully optimized in both performance and gameplay. I believe in a year from now this game will have evolved. I was shocked it's only 47gb on PC while CoD and others are over 100gigs.
I have a AMD 5900 & RTX 3090 and play @1440p 240Hz. I'm getting around 170 fps with drops down to 100 sometimes.
That's pretty good performance you getting there! . I was nowhere close to that with ryzen 9 3950x and 3080ti at lowest settings sometimes depending on map I am playing at 50-70fps and sometimes at 90-110 fps.
According though to the HARDWARE UNBOXED channel on YouTube you should be at about 125 fps with ultra settings for your current spec and I should play at about 115 on average

@J_0utcastI'm still stuck at 60 fps capped on all low settings at 3440 x 1440 because the game is eating my i7 9700f and my rtx 2080 ti just relaxes at 30%.

Yeah it's really awkward to have descent cpu all around and see your gpu do nothing in a game. I knew from previous Bfs that this would be the case but problem know is very worse compared.
