Realistically, what is your idea of "The Perfect Game"

First off let me state that I am 63 years old and have been playing games since computers and eventually consoles came out.  Let me further state that I have been heavily involved in game development...

A perfect game that is part of a franchise does at least 3 things

1) Launches with no technical issues

2) Does not ommit the to have the staples of the franchise as content and does not try to reinvent the wheel.

3) Tries to improve on the flaws of the past.
