Realistically there isnt a perfect game.
but for myself I hold Battlefield 2 as a standard when it comes to the BF franchise. and im not talking graphics here im talking about game play and things in that game that have just be removed over time. bigger squads, classes, commander, battle recorder, servers, no magic healing, only spawn on squad leader, i could go on and on but that is just a few off the top of my head.
when i played BF2 i use to think, man i cant wait to see how this franchise progresses in the future.and instead of progressing it went backwards. we lose options every new title to the point we are at now.
Its just a total mess at this point, from my point of view of course. I wish i started playing BF now so i wouldnt know any better and probably think its a good game. but sadly i played some of the good ones in the past and the newer ones just dont hold up to them.
