Received a real-life threat in-game, reported, and EA Moderation Team let him go

So, I was accused for cheating by a toxic player. I had a high K/D on Conquest Redacted.

As I understand their frustration about cheater as I nearly report cheater everyday, if fresh accounts or even high ranked accounts, I received some real life threat from that toxic player who accused me.

He would kill and burn me, my family and my children.

I reported that player and today I received a notification email as:

We reviewed your report and didn’t take any action this time.

Screenshot attached.

I already forgot their nickname, so I could not (re-)open a manual ticket about this negative event..

I wonder.. In BF6, a game which i will never touch, players receive a week ban just for typing a bad word in chat, and in BF2042 after a real-life threat and harassment, nothing happens ..

A similar story happened few days earlier ...

Some player was promoting and defending cheats in-game and even wrote in chat to let the cheaters play as they want, to leave them alone as everyone should play as they want etc .. and that sort of **bleep** this player had continued to write .. and "i" should not be this toxic towards cheater.. etc ..

I reported that player and received this same declined notification via email from EA ..

Something is really off about reporting people in BF2042 and should be re-visited by the server or development team ..
