Reduce the number of players needed to start a round

@RayD_O1 My feeling is they are trying to force people to turn crossplay on so they can reduce the number of servers running.

@RanzigeRidder2 even with crossplay on, I really struggle to find an active server during peak times (in Oceania). Usually play a little Portal, then give up.

    I would imagine that this is becoming more common for players in most regions.

    Therefore the need for 1-player starts has become even more critical if BF2042 is to remain active until the next BF title arrives.

    DICE please make it happen so all players can get the best out of BF2042.

      @RayD_O1 Yes, with the next BF not launching anytime soon, and competition like Delta Force around the corner it would be in their own best interest to keep BF2042 alive for as long as possible.

      So 1-player starts really is necessary!

      My stance on crossplay is clear, so the moment I can’t find matches without it anymore I’m done with this game.

        Hard to find matches even with cross-play, unless go to portal
