I have been denied by both companies even though I've cited the issues with the game and nothing is going to be done about it. We've been sold a faulty product but they don't care...they have our money.
The only option as it seems is to take the loss and never buy their games again. Just be sure to warn other consumers of the issues. The best advice I can think of is DON'T PLAY! By filling up the servers, you're perpetuating the issue. The higher ups will see the game is being played and think it's what people wanted, where as empty servers will send a bigger message,

Sorry to say but once you guys downloaded the game and played it that was the nail in the coffin for your money, they MIGHT and this is a stretch have done it if you hadn't downloaded or played the game at all and this long after release I still have high doubts.
Like someone else said unless Sony removes it from psn like they did Cyberpunk2077 and issues refunds I wouldn't hold my breath.

Keep calling psn and do NOT take no for an answer. Don't even let them put you on hold. I called about 15x about this issue but yesterday was the last time because I was out of patience with psn and there stupid responses. They continued to tell me it's an issue through EA and I need to contact EA. However if you bought the game through psn that is a lie and don't except it. Tell psn The game is in direct violation of your consumer rights and was detailed by false advertising.
After wasting hours and hours calling them about 15x in total I finally had an agent with a heart and refunded me the funds.
