Refund!!!

I demanded a refund from EA last week. I was told no. I asked what the reason was that I could not get a refund. I got the * response. And I quote "I can't share that information with you". I asked to speak with a supervisor. I was denied. Totally crap game. Total garbage. I cant even express how BAD this game is. It's not even battlefield. Its a cheap knock off of fortnite or something. This game is dead. I want a damn refund for false advertisement. I literally have put about 2 hours into this game.. That's it.

You can make a refund request:

    • Within 24 hours after you first launch the game.
    • Within 14 days from the day you bought it, if you have not launched the game.
    • Within 14 days from the release date if you pre-ordered the game, if you haven't launched it yet.

    Whichever comes first.

Clear Rules you accepted with buying the game.

  • Good luck EA like to screw people over if you go to download the game it shows the game was run. Well if you run the game which you have to do to download it  cuz even in downloading it has run time/time played going so you can get refund. after so many hours you cant get one. had it happen to me on BF5 took me 4 days to download all 4 days where listed as time played. If you read the refund terms they make it so you cant get a refund easy. I really feel for all the people that payed  a lot of money to get this and have found that it is an Alpha game not even a Bata. It is so broken that fixing would require a rerelease.

  • @CountSero Lol well they should have been very clear on the game they were releasing when making customers agree to these rules.

Nobody has forced you to buy the game it was your choice.

Also, if you have expected something else or have seen things in trailers than that’s your perception.

  • EA needs to refund everyone who bought this game now because besides all the tech issues what about us poor sods who bought the premo copy with season 1 pass and now the game is dead before the first content drop like wth am I supposed to do now look at all that bonus dlc I paid for and go yup that might have been fun to play oh new map new operator.....awesome I'll sit in game running around by myself pretending there are people to play against.....Andrew Wilson has destroyed every beloved EA game franchise in the name of profit maximization but hopefully enough will sign the petition at change.org and a law firm will help the players rightfully get their money back like we deserve.....
