Regarding the blocking of games.

The game keeps freezing, and after forcefully shutting down the computer, it has been blocked due to an abnormal termination of the game. Is there a solution for this? Other Battlefield game series are running fine, but only Battlefield 2042 has been blocked due to the forced shutdown.
