"RELOAD" Hud indicator appears regardless of setting

anyone else getting this problem that the RELOAD -*KEYBIND* is showing up, regardless of HUD option to turn it off is toggled? 

Things ive done already -

Restarted PC, Repaired Game, Closed and Reopened Game, refreshed PROFSAVE and PROFSAVE_profile files with new ones and disabled option again.  seems to be a persistent issue with the RPT-31
