Restricted XP is dumb and nobody would cry if it leaves BF forever.

Lets say you have an idea for a battlefield portal experience, which requires very heavy changes for the game-play´s mechanics for it to be as you want to,

you finish the last touches and voila, your very own wacky experience, but the problem is: how on earth are you going to convince 64 people (let alone 128) to join your server?, well quick answer is you cant, so what is the next best option you may ask? 

well bots of course, the problem is, the moment you touch any extra setting you will have the XP for your experience limited to the minimum, people who join are not allowed to unlock attachments nor gain enough XP for them to even consider giving you a chance

So my request here is, can we get rid of Restricted XP?, im not even asking (like a dude before) to give full xp to every single experience, (although i kind of agree with it)

the whole point of MODERATE xp is to eliminate the option for players to get Tier 1 just by killing bots (which i agree 100%), 

Taking that out of the way: why on earth it exist? we already have moderate and it does its work just fine

and if you wonder why i want this change? well is because if new players comes to my server i want them to have some way to have progress so they dont just leave the server forever
