All previous titles have had single player and co op modes. if this game is intended to be multiplayer only, we shouldnt be charged $60

That’s a pretty narrow way of looking at it. Just because the game is missing a campaign doesn’t mean it should cost less. The time they would have been investing in developing the campaign is being spent on the multiplayer to make that aspect of the game better. Ultimately you nor I can say how much money and dev time is actually being put into the game but at the end of the day what does that matter to us if the game comes out and is super polished. We’ll see what happens I hope for everyone’s sake that is the case because software development lifecycle is vicious.
Anyways back to campaign… if you go to the official site there’s already a good amount of lore there and there was a dev interview where they mentioned that some of the game modes would have a story. We just don’t know the extent of that yet. Just be patient and wait for more info.
