The wildcat is currently atrociously weak
The 2 non-joke primary weapons make you choose between being able to fight back against (30mm) nightbirds, stealth helicopters and jets that are flying about, or (35mm) attack helicopters, air transports, jets that are strafing you and infantry. You can not have both, if you choose one you will be substantially worse against the others. You can't kill a strafing jet or outdamage an attack helicopter with the 30mm, while the 35mm turns too slow for the faster helicopters or needs to lead too much when they're farther away. Nevermind ground vehicles which you will always be bad against. The 35mm also has a higher skill floor despite not being an upgrade over the 30mm even if you're good at it.
Air vehicles have it all, they can fight ground vehicles, infantry, other air, everything.
A jet can kill a full health wildcat in a single strafe thanks to the buffed rocket pods. An attack helicopter can kill it extremely quickly.
Usually, a team has either 0 jets or 2 jets. So, a wildcat has a good chance of having to fight 3 air vehicles at the same time, alone, each of which can singlehandedly kill it, nevermind in tandem, or nevermind air transports.
And to top it all off, they are almost always full health, because the only way most people can damage them is lockons. The wildcat will get softened up by a plethora of lizzes, stragglers firing off 1 rocket then dying, or who knows what else, maybe spidermen.
