Sadly those badges are tuned for the time commitment of people who play as long and often as streamers and XP boosters.
Most people will hardly get T3 on these badges.
Thankfully these badges are forgettable and inconsequential unless one has some OCD drive
@UP_Hawxxeye I have 1100/1150 just by playing the game for a few weeks
