@DigitalHype you are wrong. i have premium and i start at 2000 per dot. i am absolutely certain on that because i specifically looked at that at the beginning of both seasons.
also, your scale is way off. i am at 1087 points on badge and my exp per dot is 31k

the exp is it's own separate thing and it starts at the same place for everyone regardless of premium/no premium or what level you have unlocked in BP. exp dots for mastery start at 2000 for everyone and progress the same as you go regardless of skips purchased or weekly missions done
