I'd like to post this video to the community to spread concerns, and not feeling alone in this, and get answer's as to why we're told that issues that have been addressed fully, when they haven't. That being said, The video link which I hope can be in good enough quality to display constant issue's I'm having (still) while trying to maintain patient and positivity towards the game it drains away fast when moments like this, where I'm typically an defensive aggressive /passive aggressive player and what make feels like I'm being penalized for reasons unknown. Long story short. Is anyone else having problems point blank shooting players, but not just "shooting", skillfully and carefully looking and aiming shots for the head and the bullets going to lalaland, while I the opening shooter will be penalized in the sense where I'm instantly shot down like a dog. The clip displays If I'm correct 37-38 rounds shooting at a player less than 30m away and taking way to long, and or dramatically bloom spread is just too absurd. I am not a player to spray and pray, I love and trying to master and manage recoil for ALL types of guns in these types of games, even trying to burst fire still doesn't feel 100% solid to me either. Often referred to as peeker's advantage.Remember, what you see happening on your screen isn't what they see happening on their screen.

@UP_LordPlumber So on a closer look & slowing the clip down to 0.25 speed, you're absolutely right. That is not normal. There's clearly a few bullets that do not register yet have hit markers. Bullets 41, 40, 39, 38 look to miss and 37-30 should be hits maybe barring 1.This games been riddled with hit reg & netcode issues from day 1 and that might be what's the problem here or maybe, just maybe, the new player doing more and taking less damage conspiracy is a thing. Maybe now they just hide it behind RNG spread instead of straight damage numbers.

Someone else did if you look at the kill feed so it was a 2v1.After 11 bullets of your 41 magazine size your spread is RNG at that point and your hit markers stop landing and the player you're engaged with steps behind cover so more shots are missing.At that distance however you'd expect a few more bullets to land that seemed to, as you say go into lalaland. Could be a hit reg, server or spread issue.

@UP_LordPlumber I don't see anything out of the norm. You're bodyshotting with a wrapped suppressor whilst the other guy kills you with a headshot from the SFAR. The HS multiplyer wins the fight.

It was 2v1 but looks more like a hit reg issue to me as well

Also I meant to state, at the range and RPM it's taking way too long too "kill" the player, taking alot of game element out.

Lets go to the opposite scale of randomness - > Moving target, 120 meters away Sniped that guy with pretty much laser accuracy. The only difference is the accuracy muzzle instead of a wrapped suppressor.
From experience, I can tell you that wrapped doesn't negatively affect the accuracy.
On a side note - Dice, what the actual fu** is this 3D spotting? Poor fella was over 100 meters away, behind leaves and grass and I still got him without even seeing him on the screen.

@OGCarnage Slowing the clip down to 0.25 speed and it looks like most of your bullets are miss, your red dot is never on the enemy while shooting.
If I'm not mistaken, the blue hitmarker means they have a plate giving them more health in body shots.
"I am not a player to spray and pray" You definitely sprayed here, maybe try praying :D

@I_DYN4MO_I Thanks for taking time to review and analyze first and foremost! I did notice the 2v1 AFTER I did upload the video. Also thank you for explaining the ADS Spread/Bloom count I will keep that noted in mind. I did notice him going for cover, I did what I could and aimed above the concrete barricade re-adjusted for follow up shots to go through the fencing & tarp. This is where I'm most confused. All shots landed like you said up until he hit cover, with the exception of some blooming. TTK (Time to kill) is what I feel like, very fast, but typically I don't get that same type of output which can be very upsetting. The range and distance I at the time said 30 M, and the target is alot closer than that 10-15 M at most. I at this time will just accept the loss, but bullets can't be hitting targets and there's no damage being done. I can keep going but all in all, thanks for your time and feedback bro.
