I don't expect they'll turn them into self learning AI Soldiers, will probably be too much effort for what they're intended for.
They want the AI Soldiers mainlyfor filling up servers instead of getting empty over time if some players decide to drop out.
But as soon as a player wants to join a full match then, a Bot will just leave and get the real player in.
So let's say they're kinda like place holders too. 😉
