Servers amd Pings?

Can we not rent servers now then? basicly BF PC is a console port? is this why i have a 400 ping and have to shoot at a cow in a field to get a headshot on someone 40 feet away from the cow? Games looks amazing but its basicly all for show.  litraly every game i try play the ping is off the chart. I can see past all the other bugs but bad console port. this is what COD did from the original Modern Warfare to Warfare 2 and killed its PC community.
