SFAR damage / High Power Ammo Damage

Does anyone know how much a difference the High Power ammo over the Standard?

SFAR standard damage is 60, and does 65 with HP ammo.

I truthfully cannot tell a difference in damage. But I'm not sure if it's because I'm not getting consistent damage due to bloom and bullet deviation on ARs or what, but I feel like the SFAR damage feels lacking and I'm not even sure i see a difference between standard or HP ammo in most guns.
