Shooting through helicopter glass?
Hi folks! Can anyone confirm if you need AP bullets to be able through shoot pilots against Condors and Hinds? Or do normal bullets suffice? I usually just use the NWT-50, but would love to use other weapons.

- @mikfisher I have shot a helicopter pilot with non AP round but it was a lucky shot.
- @mikfisher I've killed some greedy pilots just yesterday using standard-issue AM40 and AK-24 rounds
- @mikfisher the M60 can shoot through glass, not sure about other weapons
- @mikfisher I can confirm that you do not need to use AP rounds for this but you will achieve through more luck than design!
- @mikfisher regular small arms fire can shoot someone out of a helicopter. Especially with a sniper bullet
i have killed many pilots who are dumb enough to hover by shooting them with regular rounds (including SMGs). can confirm it works
- There used to be a bug where each hit caused completely different damage. Heavy ammo did less damage through the target than others, or something. I have no idea if this was fixed. Probably not.
