Single map mode
Whenever there is a single map mode such as the current Discarded Rework do we really have to get dumped back to the lobby after every single round. ? ☹️ It seems crazy when you are playing with 127...

I honestly feel for people that sit waiting for matchmaking all over again after each battle.
It is monumentally senseless.
You join a battle (eventually!), play the battle and then get kicked back to the Home Screen just to sit and wait for another battle?!
It would drive me nuts.
If it wasn’t for portal, I wouldn’t play this game at all.
Just to think, people buy this game and do the whole matchmaking thing.
I have friends that sit waiting endlessly just to get in a battle when they need to grind for something!
I constantly tell people to make use of portal.
You can literally adjust pretty much everything in the settings. Taylor make your servers and get the game to run how YOU want.
I’m amazed people still sit and play AOW and then other core modes. They are frankly awful.
And the way dice has designed the UI makes this game unbearable, and I’m not even exaggerating. If it wasn’t for portal, I would never have bought this game.
I still think there is a percentage of people that either don’t know what portal is and also don’t know what you can do with it.
You can tear up the rule book and make the game feel so much better.
You can make your own game modes, logic, rules, all sorts.
Me and the guys on the BF discord have made game modes that make dices shutdown and other crap seem like snakes and ladders.

I know how you feel, having played the Portal Official Weekly Experiences I have got used to staying on the same server and rolling over into the next map.
Coming back to AOW and having to go back to the lobby after every single round just feels wrong, especially when it is a single map mode.

This continues to frustrate me, hopefully this is addressed in a future update.
There is no way we should have to return to the lobby after every round in a single map mode imho.
