For me being an older gamer I enjoy being a sniper, hopefully getting a few kills but also spotting for my team, yes I’m a real life team player, victory 1st always, it’s hard for me to compete with the kids running and gunning so sniping is the way for me mostly.

Thats the problem with the game, too many people want easy kills. I am 55, age aint nothing but a number. Practice makes you better and agjusting sensitivity helps a lot with reaction time.
In general players should be allowed to play the game like THEY like to. Some servers in the earlier BF's had "pistol only" - "sniper blt action only" - "no snipers" but that was known when you logged into those servers. So logging in to play on a "normal" server there shouldnt be any one telling you how to play a game, its purely your choice as long as you dont hurt your teammates.
