Solutions to Skyscraper Rooftop sectors in Breakthrough mode?

There's only 2 options as I see it, or make transport helicopters spawn much faster, almost constantly on that sole sector to drop infantry on it or remove the sector in that place and put it on another because the current state is really boring and frustrating
