@doubleomeOkay, well, maybe there is an issue with your audio settings or simply the headphones/speakers you are using have weak audio in that Hz range. You can absolutely, 100% for a fact hear T-UGS. I use their audio all the time to track their locations and destroy them.
The reason people ignore T-UGS is because probably 3/4ths of the playerbase is completely oblivious to everything going on around them. The people that run past a T-UGS are the same people that will stand directly on top of your body as a support specialist and won't revive you. Do you think those people are going to destroy a T-UGS if they can't even be bothered to do that? Do you think they know what a T-UGS even is or that they can break them? That's a player issue, not a game issue, unfortunately.
As far as the lights on beacons go, I've seen this come up a few times in other topics about not being able to see enemies and things (it might have even been one of your posts before?). Personally, I do not have this issue at all. It could be an issue with the setup or environment you're playing the game in making it difficult to see the beacon lights, like playing with lights on in the room at the same time and a screen that isn't well-lit enough.
If the beacon is hidden properly, even then you should be able to tell that one is there. If enemies suddenly start coming from a weird direction then your intuition should tell you there is a spawn beacon somewhere. This has been the case since the existence of the game, paying attention to where enemies are coming from. You can use Blasco's jammer to directly find them, through walls and cover, too.
The game DOES give you feedback on all of these things. You simply have to pay attention. You might need to tweak some settings or go into a private match with friends to figure out why you can't hear the audio, etc.
And, since you are so sure of yourself, here is a video to prove that there absolutely 100% is audio on T-UGS. This one was glitched under the map on Redacted and even then I could still hear it well enough to locate exactly where it was before I revealed it with the jammer: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=goHMktqkVGY
Wth gotta check my settings never heard that sound once in this game…..
Sound for beacon is still something I think is better for the game, the way Battlefield has become way more fast paced I find it weird that having to look for a beacon can be so tedious also the new design is a lot lower profile (don't like the new design) so much much easier to hide combined with how many people are recon with the specialists. A short range sound won't affect too much just makes it so placing a beacon in high traffic area or a path many enemies walk isn't smart and requires better hidding. Just don't understand why it was changed with 2042 really.

I think the intention with spawn beacons being inaudible with only visual cues is that player characters are much more audible in this game. There's usually noticeable audio of them racking their slide or their gear jostling around when they spawn, and as soon as they move you can hear that too. Someone sprinting towards you from around a corner or off screen sounds about as loud as a herd of camels, if you're sitting still you might as well be using ESP with how easy it is to track people.
Honestly if you are generally having issues finding this stuff, I'd suggest taking a look at your audio setup and seeing if you can improve it, and figuring out how to differentiate sounds coming from different places. On maps like Redacted in particular audio and listening to things is more important than being able to see stuff.
