Spawn Camping with choppers
Come on guys, put a out of combat area over the bases just rapping players buy flying the heli's over there base in a * move and is getting worse. And a spawn timer for players so you don't die ju...
Planes from Battlefield 2 days says Hi. :D
It sure sux but also not a new issue, not sure how you would stop it. BF3 added Automated AA if you got close did not really work. You could make air space like a no fly zone close to enemy uncap, or build a hill in fornt of the un caps but then all maps uncaps will have similar layout.
Have a shield around the un caps buts nots more like 2142 tech then anything

it worked, you just had to spot the aircraft before it would engage
@Zhukov211 The base AA in BF4 does not make quick work of the enemy aircraft. Even a so-so pilot can get away from it pretty easily. With that being said, I do wish there were base AA's in 2042. Would be better than aircraft flying with impunity into the spawn and killing anyone they want for as long as they want.
@Chief2GFDYes actually the AI AA can make quick work of many a greedy pilot. Especially one that has a bit of damage.
Not always ofc, as with anything. I’ve found myself knowing better but still getting lured into chasing enemy helos running to their spawn only to get my idiot self taken out by AI AA. I’ve manually spotted many an enemy little bird in my own spawn in BF4 and have seen first hand the AI AA take them down.
Any effort by the Devs to prevent spawn camping is better than no effort what so ever.

Hitscan AA placements at spawn targeting anything and shredding it quickly the second it enters the spawn area.
Make "out-of-map" warnings that apply to players and ground vehicles apply to aircraft as well, even just for the spawn areas. Spawn areas should have a shorter "get out before you blow up" timer to boot.
Player protection from aircraft attacks while in the spawn area.
Why does it need to have a "lore justification" via tech? What's the "lore justification" for out-of-bounds areas in game to begin with?
I mean, is the dev team this devoid of imagination? I don't mean this as an insult, but a frank, blunt, honest question. Because this seems like a very solvable problem unless there are simply technical reasons this is impossible.
